Shipping Time	2 to 3 days For Standard Orders and 3 to 5 days for the Customize order. All orders are Shipped via Express delivery.
International Shipping	Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the customs clearance time and process in the recipient’s country.
Customize Orders	Prepaid is the Only Option for Customize Orders.
Refunds	• if the order is prepaid and order is not shipped from chashmah.com and in processing stage then buyer can ask for refund the order with in one hours time.Once order is shipped then refund not allowed. • if wrong item is delivered to the customer then buyer is eligible for refunds. • if damage item is delivered the buyer, Then buyer is eligible for replacement but we need the unboxing video for avoid disputes. • Any promotional item or purchase during the sale period or purchased under discounted price is not eligible for any refund. • Request Buyers to Double Check the Descriptions and Sizes before Ordering to Avoid Post Delivery issues.
Returns	Incase of return items must be returned in their original condition with our box + packaging + tags / labels as delivered to you, or it will not be accepted by our Warehouse. Please check our returns policy for more details.
Exchange	In case of exchange, buyer has to send back the item to the registered address of the shipper for exchange, after receiving the item shipper will send the new item without any shipping charges. Only one time exchange is allowed. No Exchange or return allowed in any case for progressive lenses, as this is totally custom and made on order only.

Breakage	While Usage Any Kind of Breakage in frames as well as Lenses are not included in warranty.
Scratches	While Usage Any Kind of Scratches frames as well as Lenses are not included in warranty.
Transit	While Transit and at the time of delivery Any Kind of Breakage and Scratches on the product is covered in the warranty, Need unboxing video in that case to avoid any confusion and disputes.
