Refund Policy

if the order is prepaid and order is not shipped from chashmah.com and in processing stage then buyer can ask for refund the order with in 1 hours time.Once order is shipped then refund not allowed.
if wrong item is delivered to the customer then buyer is eligible for refunds.
if damage item is delivered the buyer, Then buyer is eligible for replacement but we need the unboxing video for avoid disputes.
Any promotional item or purchase during the sale period or purchased under discounted price is not eligible for any refund.

Exhange Policy

Eligibility:

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in unused and saleable condition.
The original packaging, including the box and cleaning cloth, must be returned with the item.
In case of exchange, buyer has to send back the item to the registered address of the shipper for exchange, after receiving the item shipper will send the new item without any shipping charges.
*Only one time exchange is allowed.

*No Exchange or return allowed in any case for progressive lenses, as this is totally custom and made on order only.

Return Process for exchange:

The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to Chashmah.com’s registered address.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange.

Exchange Approval:

If the product is received in new and unused condition, we will ship the replacement product of your choice of the same price value without any additional charges.

Return Window:

Return window for faulty product delivered to the customer is 15 days for the international customer living out of india and 7 days for the indian domestic customer from the date of delivery as per the courier company records.

Return Cost:

Return courier charges will be borne by the seller if item delivered is faulty and damage, rest other all cases will be borne by the customer.

Important Note:

Products that are damaged, used, or returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
