Refunds	• if the order is prepaid and order is not shipped from chashmah.com and in processing stage then buyer can ask for refund the order with in one hours time.Once order is shipped then refund not allowed. • if wrong item is delivered to the customer then buyer is eligible for refunds. • if damage item is delivered the buyer, Then buyer is eligible for replacement but we need the unboxing video for avoid disputes. • Any promotional item or purchase during the sale period or purchased under discounted price is not eligible for any refund. • Request Buyers to Double Check the Descriptions and Sizes before Ordering to Avoid Post Delivery issues.

Breakage	While Usage Any Kind of Breakage in frames as well as Lenses are not included in warranty.
Scratches	While Usage Any Kind of Scratches frames as well as Lenses are not included in warranty.
Transit	While Transit and at the time of delivery Any Kind of Breakage and Scratches on the product is covered in the warranty, Need unboxing video in that case to avoid any confusion and disputes.
